With the General Election looming, here’s a look at how the Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrat manifestos approach Brexit.

One of the biggest political decisions of recent history was made when the country voted to leave the EU and all the party manifestos contain a section addressing their approach to the forthcoming negotiations.

While the Conservatives maintain the possibility of a ‘no deal’ outcome, the other parties pledge to avoid it.

Labour and the Liberal Democrats put a much greater emphasis on the protection of the rights of individuals, in particular the right to stay of EU nationals living in the UK, and UK nationals living abroad.
