We all love the occasional slab of burrito. And today, we celebrate that. Throw in your rice, your toppings, your guac and fall into our folded bread-y arms as we show you one lady who knows her way round the Mexican classic like it’s the back of her hand.

We went to BarBurrito to meet this legend, this burrito bandit, this pulled pork pioneer, heck, stalwart of the hot sauce scene – if you will – that goes by the name of Blain Bodill. She showed us the ropes and we even had a go at making our own masterpiece. But now we’ve had a go, show us your burrito skills!
