Cinemas have reopened their doors this week after almost a year of shutdown.

Social distance rules, wearing masks and alternative seating rows have been put in pace to ensure cinema goers safety against the spread of the virus.

Reporters Ignas Vieversys and Jessica Piazzi went down to the oldest cinema in Nottingham, the Savoy, where they spoke to staff and visitors about the joy of coming back to the big screen after months of Netflix and microwave popcorn.
